The show that so many love, is given a lot of heart and work by the crew. These are the people that write, find filming locations, do the makeup or costumes and feed a crowd every day to keep the show going. October saw a couple of hugely popular and successful fan conventions in Auckland, New Zealand and Vancouver, British Columbia where Supernatural is filmed.
Russ Hamilton c/o of his Twitter with the handle @RUSS_MOVIEGOD (love that humour) is part of the success of the Vancouver fan convention which takes fans on his bus tour of locations where Supernatural has filmed. Russ is part of the location management team, and he got a start in the industry working on Happy Gilmore (1996) starring Adam Sandler.
His bus tour is part of the Supernatural Vancouver experience, and he is already planning the 2019 bus tour. The Vancouver Supernatural fan convention is run by Creation Entertainment.
Trisha Porter is the Head of Department of Makeup for Supernatural. As well as doing the makeup for the TV show she also enjoys oil painting and has been a makeup artist in the film industry since 2002.
During the hiatus this year Trisha got married and shared her day with her husband on Twitter.
