Halloween, a time to indulge in Supernatural, costumes, and some munchies. Welcome to a selection of Supernatural episodes to make Halloween a little more memorable.
It’s the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester (Season 4, Episode 7)
This episode was promoted as a Halloween special. Sam and Dean investigate two mysterious deaths in a small town. They discover a witch is sacrificing people to summon a dangerous demon. Lots of trick or treating and pumpkins in this episode.
Children Shouldn’t Play with Dead Things (Season 2, Episode 4)
The brothers visit their mother’s grave, they discover some odd goings on in the town. Including an unusual circle around a grave and some zombie-like activity.
Good choice for Halloween with a zombie story-line.
Monster Movie (Season 4, Episode 5)
This episode is brilliant for a stand-alone experience. A retro feel of old-Hollywood style and monsters. The episode is in black and white which adds to the style and feel of that genre, including the retro monsters. A lot of fun and classic humour with Sam and Dean quirks.
No Exit (Season 2, Episode 6)
Featuring the much-loved character Jo, this scary story features a ghost of a serial killer who has a serious liking for blonde women. The case found by Jo doesn’t give the brothers an option but to get involved. A lot of twists plus a bag full of chemistry between Dean and Jo.
Asylum (Season 1, Episode 10)
Teenagers will always find trouble because ya know their invincible or looking for a rush. Asylum is no different. A scary abandoned asylum and spirits that drive its visitors insane.
Dead Men Don’t Wear Plaid (Season 5, Episode 15)
Bobby’s hometown gets overrun by zombies. Bobby insists there is nothing wrong. Either way, you had me at zombies. Great for Halloween.
Folsom Prison Blues (Season 2, Episode 19)
